Our Marketing Philosophy

I believe

that great marketing results do not have to be ridiculously expensive.

I believe

that great marketing results do not have to take you a lot of time to maintain – or to learn the latest changes in the industry that can completely change how and what you need to do.

I believe

the traditional “advertising agency” model does not work for most small to medium-sized businesses or entrepreneurs.  That setup definitely benefits the agency, not always the small business.

I believe

you don’t have to implement a ton of different marketing strategies that you can barely manage, as long as you strategically choose where to put your focus.

I believe

technology should help your business, such as through providing automations of processes that you previously did manually, help keep things from slipping through the cracks, and help you be more productive rather than it be a headache for you where you feel like you’re working the technology rather than having it work for you.  That is why we get to know your business and needs first, and then only recommend technology that we believe will work for you.  And we also believe that technology doesn’t have to be the most expensive option.

I believe

you shouldn’t need to hire full-time or even part-time marketing staff, if you can outsource to the right team.  And when you are ready to expand, that team should enthusiastically help you determine what skills you need to hire, and even help you through the hiring process if desired.

I believe

you should never be pushed to invest in marketing strategies that are not best for you and best in class just because your marketing team would make more money.  You should only be encouraged to invest in marketing strategies that are best for your business.

I believe

that if you have a marketing strategy or tactic that you want to try which wasn’t part of the recommendation from your marketing team, your team should consider it.  We will look at your overall goals and the collection of strategies that we have recommended to help you achieve those goals and where this extra tactic may fit.

In our case, if that tactic happens to be one that we specifically recommend against because we know from experience it does not bring good of returns, we will tell you.  If you still decide to invest in a strategy that we recommended against, we will connect you to a professional who can assist – because even though we do not want to not provide services which we know you will not be happy with due to little or no return that wastes your time and money, we want to make sure that anyone who does provide you marketing services is someone that you can trust.
