Google Search Console – pay attention to your average search ranking, total impressions, and total clicks, and make sure you have an overall upward trend. Then check the table to see what keywords you’re website is already ranking for and find gaps.

Facebook Page Insights – visit your business page, and click Insights in the left column. Export your post insights for the year, color code in Excel based upon your content pillars, then check total reach and total engagement to see which topics are getting the most traction.

YouTube Insights – check your channel analytics inside YouTube. Note the total subscribers and total watch hours in the past 12 months, and also lifetime. Check the list of which videos have top views and those with longer average view lengths.
